ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are looking for a part-time receptionist for our Hampton office. The day-to-day responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling new appointments, and answering phone calls, as well as handling any issues that may come up in the office.

SKILLS:

• Experience is helpful but not required.
• Proficiency with typing, organizing, good with numbers, and knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Word
• Solid verbal communication skills
• High School diploma

• Greet and check in patients, and electronically alert providers they have arrived.
• Schedule and reschedule patients
• Answer phone calls
• Maintain organized and clean work environment
• Uncommonly, a chaperone may be needed for a female exam, ~1-2 times a month
• Manage day-to-day operations of the office and deal with any issues that might come up
