Medical Receptionists required for afternoon shifts. Experience of the GP Surgery setting is essential.
Availability for occasional cover for Wednesday afternoons to cover sickness/holiday would be required.
Experience of VISION computer system and Docman would be an advantage. Typing skills essential.
Duties include making appointments, processing prescriptions, inputting data onto computer, dealing with general enquiries, typing referral letters and any other general admin tasks.
Hours of work: Various PM.
1 Temporary post (to cover for sickness absence 12 hours, Wednesday PM 1-6 plus other hours PM days to be discussed) and 1 permanent appointment (16 hours).
