Patient Interaction Welcome patients and visitors in person, over the phone, and via email. Provide clear information and guidance, and direct patients to the correct services or members of staff. Appointment Management Schedule routine and urgent appointments, maintain waiting lists, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure timely patient care. Administrative Duties Update and maintain accurate patient records.
Process prescription requests and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. Carry out general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the practice. Communication Relay messages accurately and promptly between patients, doctors, and other staff. Ensure all communication is clear, respectful, and timely.
