We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly practice within the Perth CBD. There are multiple options from casual to part time. With the ability to cover sick and annual leave.

Essential Criteria

• Medical reception experience
• Able to work as part of a team
• Multitasking ability
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience in Medical Director and Pracsoft.

Duties( but not limited to)

• Meeting and greeting patients
• Answering phones and making appointments
• Billing and receipting money
• Entering and scanning patient data and documents

To be successful in your application you must meet all the above

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Medical admin: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
