You'll be one of the welcoming faces of our clinic, working alongside a bright and friendly reception team, supporting our expert health professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting patients with a smile
• Scheduling appointments
• Using Helix / Medical Director and Kitomba systems
• Responding to phone inquiries
• Stock control & orders
• Preparing herbal tonics and filling patient scripts/orders
• Managing patient files

About you

• Positive, solution-focussed attitude & calm under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Medical reception experience essential
• Interest in systems and processes - understanding and improving them
• Current working rights in Australia
