JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a part time Medical Receptionist to join our busy and friendly GP practice team. We are looking to recruit someone who can work at least 20 hours a week over weekdays and will share our commitment to providing excellent customer service and healthcare to our patients and become active members of our team.

SKILLS

  • Previous office experience is essential, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with patients and staff.
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and telephones.
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a calm demeanour in a busy environment.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage various tasks efficiently.
