JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a special individual who is responsible, empathetic and caring to join our team. As a PART-TIME PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR at Pure Form Physiotherapy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic by coordinating patient care activities and providing administrative support to our team of Physiotherapists.
Pure Form Physiotherapy has been a part of the Langley community for over 15 years. We aim to help get people back to doing what they love to do and to help them avoid unnecessary surgeries and medications. Our team consists of highly respected and experienced Physiotherapists and Patient Care Coordinators.
This is a PART-TIME position and you must be available to work evenings. Please do not apply if you are looking for Full-time hours and/or not available to work evenings.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school graduate
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer service role
  • Jane App experience (not required but preferred)
  • Strong computer skills - comfortable using Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to remain patient and calm while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable vehicle and willing to work both of our clinic locations (only 7 minutes from each other)

Responsibilities
  • Present excellent customer-service skills with staff and patients
  • Greet patients upon their arrival and facilitate the appropriate next step
  • Schedule appointments for our patients in person, over the phone, via email or text messaging app
  • Process submissions to insurance companies and take payments owing from the patient
  • Regular clinic cleaning to ensure a safe work environment
  • Laundry - washing, folding and storing clinic linens
  • Handle patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
