IMMEDIATE START

We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our busy medical practice. If you have a passion for patient care and strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Location: Merrylands, NSW
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (inclusive of break time)
Availability: 2–3 days per week (flexible days between Monday-Friday)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional phone manner and presentation
  • Computer literacy, and experience with practice management software (Pracsoft, Medical Director, Proda) preferred but not essential
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    · Strong problem solving and time management skills

· High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail

  • Reliable and punctual, with own transport essential
  • Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting (Desirable)
