No two days are the same—and that’s exactly how you like it.

• Float between departments and clinics as needed—sometimes even switching locations mid-day.
• Greet patients in person and on the phone with warmth and professionalism.
• Keep the front desk running smoothly: schedule appointments, update records, and manage patient flow.
• Use your tech skills to navigate EMRs like Accuro, OHIP billing systems, and even EPIC (bonus points if you’ve used them before).
• Support technicians by rooming patients and performing tests (yes, you’ll get your steps in!).
• Keep things organized behind the scenes—mail, faxes, laundry, supply orders, and more.
• Be the calm voice and steady hand during emergencies or high-pressure moments.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and patient dignity at all times (because trust is everything).
