Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process. Manage multi-line phone systems and route calls to appropriate personnel. Schedule patient appointments, verify insurance, and maintain accurate patient records. Utilize medical terminology and practice knowledge to answer patient inquiries. Collaborate with physicians, optometrists, and staff to ensure seamless patient flow. Provide administrative support and perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. MediClear Certification (or equivalent healthcare compliance credential) required. Proficiency with computer systems and ability to quickly learn electronic health record (EHR) software. Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail.
