You’ll manage front-desk and phone operations. patient check-in/out, insurance entry, payments, appointment scheduling, and voicemail follow-up. Key responsibilities Welcome patients, check them in/out, and collect accurate demographics and insurance data. Process payments (co-pays, self-pay charges, product sales) and maintain accurate records. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments in person and by phone; manage voicemail and phone triage. Communicate delays and coordinate patient flow with clinical staff. Explain mobile clinic logistics and answer patient questions about services. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and handle sensitive data professionally. Support basic admin tasks (mail/shipments, supply awareness) as needed. Required qualifications MediClear certification (or equivalent) required Minimum 1 year medical office/front-desk experience. Strong phone presence, excellent verbal/written communication, and customer-service orientation. Proficient with computers and practice management/EMR systems. Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-moving environment and comfortable traveling daily with a mobile unit. Able to handle confidential information and pass background/employment checks.
