Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic person to job-share with our wonderful existing Medical Receptionist on a casual basis (averaging 1-2 days per week, but may be asked to cover 4-5 days at times). To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping others
  • A friendly and professional demeanour
  • Competency to work in a small but dedicated team
  • The ability to demonstrate that you are trustworthy, honest and reliable
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent computer literacy skills (Apple Mac, Mail, Microsoft Word) and the ability to operate in a (mostly) paper-free environment
  • Previous experience in a Medical Receptionist role (or similar)
  • Familiarity with Genie/Gentu medical practice software (preferred but not essential; training provided)
  • A flexible attitude with ability to work on different days to cross-cover front desk duties
  • Australian citizenship or residency

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
