JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking two dedicated and professional Medical Receptionists to join our Reception team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within our surgery and enhancing the patient experience.

SKILLS

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in office software applications and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and a patient-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential.

    Position 1 is for 19 hours working on a Monday and Friday (07.45 - 18.15)
    Position 2 is for 16 1/4 hours working on a Thursday morning (07.45 - 14.30) and Friday (07.45 - 18.15)
    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: £12.21 per hour
