Rate: £14.80 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently recruiting experienced Medical Receptionists to support various GP surgeries across Tameside. Roles are available on an ad hoc, part-time, or full-time basis, depending on your availability and preferences.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience using EMIS Web within a GP surgery or similar healthcare setting
• A valid Standard or Enhanced DBS certificate issued within the last 12 months (or willingness to apply)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Managing front-desk duties, including booking appointments and handling patient queries
• Using EMIS Web to update and access patient records
• Supporting clinical and administrative staff with daily operational tasks
• Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
