Insight is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic and expanding team. This is a full time, permanent position that will provide rotating coverage across our Millwoods, Harvest Pointe, Lendrum, Leduc, Heritage, and Windermere clinics. Insight offers: * Paid Vacation and Flex Days * RRSP Matching * Educational Allowance * Employer Paid Benefits * Healthcare Spending Account Duties and Responsibilities: * Greeting and checking in of all patients * Documentation of patient information on computer * Ensures all previous examinations are imported * Porter and change patients in preparation for exams * Handle all incoming report and image requests * Requesting previous exams from outside facilities * Looking up and importing previous studies prior to arrival of scheduled patients * Must maintain the utmost in professional confidence of patient information and/or results * Provide patients with exam preparations Note: the above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the incumbent of this job; they are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and activities required of this position.
