JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking two dedicated and professional Medical Receptionists to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing an articulate and professional Telephone manner or face to face interaction. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth operation within the medical practice, contributing to a positive patient experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role .
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications. ,
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • A compassionate approach towards patient care and understanding of their needs.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous but not essential.
  • Previous NHS experience preferred
  • Mainly Telephone duties
