FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are an established private billing medical practice in Bella Vista.
• We require a candidate who wants a customer facing and focussed role with previous Best Practice software and medical reception experience.
• The role includes greeting and helping patients; answering phone calls and either scheduling appointments or dealing with patient requests; calling patients who require follow up appointments and presenting a positive atmosphere for patients.
• The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year medical reception experience; be familiar with general practice medical software and have an interest in working within the health industry and with people. Excellent communication skills, a warm manner and organisational skills and a professional presentation are essential. We require someone with a positive attitude and the ability to think on their feet in a fast paced practice.
• The successful candidate will be joining a very supportive team and have a very pleasant work environment.
• Working days- Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Timings- 12pm - 6pm
  Job Type: Casual
  Pay: $31.00 – $33.87 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Afternoon shift
• Evening shift

Experience:

• Medical admin: 1 year (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
