We are growing our team and are currently hiring a full time medical receptionist for our busy clinic in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. The role requires an energetic, enthusiastic, reliable person who is committed to providing exceptional patient service. If that is you we would love to hear from you.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Responsibilities
  • Support our front of house team to provide a superior patient experience.
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively regarding patient needs and scheduling issues.
  • Manage our busy phone lines, respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Manage our email communication with patients.
  • Deal with patient queries with discretion and sensitivity.
  • Manage online orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in stock management.
  • Carry out requests from management as required.
    You must be flexible in your approach and to work in a collaborative fashion with the team at IDI to grow a dynamic, compassionate, high quality practice. You will be expected to demonstrate initiative, interest and loyalty, and to have a meticulous, conscientious approach to all aspects of your role. Your contribution will help ensure IDIs reputation for efficiency, personalised care and clinical excellence is maintained.
