For specialist clinic (mental health clinic)

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Excellent communication skills, telephone & interpersonal
  • A professional approach to work, honest ,reliable and punctual.
  • Flexible with working hours
  • Ability to learn new tasks
  • Good level of computer experience
  • Enjoy working within a team environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Greeting patients
  • Managing appointments
  • Processing Medicare, DVA and Workcover claims and payments
  • Billing of appointments
  • Managing correspondence incoming and outgoing
  • Liasing closely with the doctors and other staff to ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice.
  • Assist with the administration operations of the practice
  • The suitable applicant must be able to work flexible hrs to cover holiday and sick leave.
  • Clinic organisation and cleaning duties
  • Experience of Gentu software adantageours but not necessary. Training will be provided.
