  • Working with brioche, laminated doughs and different pastry preparations
  • Preparing and producing our cookies
  • Keeping the pass stocked, organized and consistent throughout service
  • Finishing and presenting products to SALVO standards
  • Following recipes accurately and maintaining consistent quality every day
  • Keeping your station clean, organized and ready for service
  • Communicating closely with the Front of House team during the day
  • Following up on new plated ideas and products developed by the Head Chef
  • Translating new ideas into consistent daily production and execution
  • Helping wherever needed to keep the bakery running smoothly
