WECARE MEDICAL CENTRE IS LOOKING FOR A MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST TO JOIN OUR EXPANDING TEAM IMMEDIATELY.

We are modern GP Medical practice aiming to provide patient centred holistic care. Based in Brisbane QLD, We deliver primary preventions through evidence based medicine. With our goal to provide our best patient experience. We seek for candidates who has strong communication skills, great customer care, and responsible.

Your role will involve daily administration of the practice, which includes:

  • Welcoming patients
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Scheduling and reminding patient appointments
  • General patient record scanning and filing
  • Taking payments and general account record keeping
  • Work along practice manager and doctors
  • General administration
  • Opening and closing clinic with house keeping
  • Able to start immediately

Ideal Qualifications & Experience includes:

  • Previous medical receptionist experience is preferred
  • Must have Experience in BEST PRACTICE software
  • Strong communication skills
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skill
