Description

We are seeking a Clinic Receptionist for a Medical Centre. Candidates must have strong experience in insurance and billing. Previous experience as a receptionist, in customer service, or at a front desk in a clinic or hospital setting is required. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner.
Manage appointments and schedule bookings
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and respond to emails.
Maintain patient records and update information in the system.
Coordinate with medical staff and assist in daily front desk operations.
Handle payments and issue invoices.

Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.

  • Requirements: Proven experience in a reception or front desk role within a medical centre / hospital
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Fluent in English& Hindi(Arabic or other language skills are a plus)
