Title: Medical Records Clerk Job Duties: The Medical Records Clerk provides support to staff and the medical records department by assisting with monitoring and maintaining timely and complete medical records of clients. Accuracy and thoroughness are important, as they may affect the legal liability of the facility. The Medical Records Clerk ensures professional contact with all levels of staff and other stakeholders, including nursing staff, supervisors, physicians, clients, and families. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
