Duties and Responsibilities Track Provider visits to ensure alternating schedule per regulation. Track annual History and Physicals and notify physicians when due. Maintain a Triple Check binder for monthly meetings. Update ABAQIS weekly for all admissions/discharges. Track all facility rental equipment & assure equipment is returned to outside vendors. Prepare monthly billing for oxygen and resident vaccines (Influenza, Pneumovax and Prevnar 13). Review records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with regulations. Process admission and discharge documents. Qualifications Must possess, at minimum, a high school diploma. Medical Records Certification preferred. Basic knowledge of medical terminology, nursing practices & computer skills preferred
