Duties Include:

• 24 Hour Chart Check
• 72 Hour Chart Check on new admissions
• Review all new order for proper format and diagnosis coding
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Level of Care Meetings
• Assist with Physician Visits
• Verify Audits and Assessments were completed as assigned
