Description
Maintain and update patient medical records accurately in electronic health record systems. Review medical records for completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation. Organize, file, retrieve, and process patients' records as required. Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with applicable privacy standards. Verify patient demographics, insurance details, clinical documentation, and related records. Assist in processing requests for medical records from authorized parties. Coordinate with healthcare providers, billing teams, and administrative staff to resolve documentation discrepancies. Support record audits and ensure timely correction of missing or incomplete information. Maintain proper indexing, scanning, uploading, and categorization of medical documents. Follow company policies, healthcare documentation standards, and compliance requirements. Requirements Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in medical records, healthcare documentation, data entry, medical billing support, or a similar healthcare administrative role. Experience working with US-based healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, or healthcare service organizations will be preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems. Education: Bachelor degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Certification or training in medical records, health information management, medical coding, or healthcare administration will be considered a plus. Skills: Medical records management and healthcare documentation Electronic medical records and electronic health record handling Patient demographic and documentation verification Scanning, indexing, uploading, and categorising medical documents Chart review, record audit support, and documentation follow-up Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel Excellent organizing abilities and great attention to detail Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information professionally Benefits · Workdays: Monday - Friday · Work hours: 6 pm – 3 am PKT (Night shift) · Gross Salary (USD): $450 - $500 · Benefits: Annual Bonus, Eid Bonuses, Provident Fund, Health Insurance (IPD, OPD), Fuel Card or Company Pick & Drop, EOBI, Free Meal
