In this position, you will support our home health department through vital administrative and clinical tasks while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at every step. You will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and processing patient medical records to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with healthcare regulations. Working closely with clinical staff and leadership, you will serve as a critical support resource in protecting patient information and ensuring timely access to records for continuity of care. What You’ll Need Required: * High School diploma or equivalent. * At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or business in a customer service-driven role. * Proven track record of success, growth, and reliability. * Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines with accuracy and professionalism. * Preferred EPIC experience.
