This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or career changers to enter the healthcare field with comprehensive on-the-job training provided. You’ll play a vital role in protecting patient privacy and ensuring accurate medical documentation across our diverse behavioral health and community support programs. Working under the guidance of our Medical Records Lead Coordinator, you’ll develop expertise in medical record management, HIPAA compliance, electronic health records systems, and healthcare regulations.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong computer skills and a commitment to confidentiality who are eager to learn and grow within our organization. No prior healthcare experience is required – just a willingness to develop specialized knowledge and contribute to our mission of providing compassionate, comprehensive care to the communities we serve.
