REQUIREMENTS
1.Sales Achievement in the assigned territory
Ensure prescriptions are fulfilled and demand is converted into sales.Continuously identify new growth opportunities.
2.Execute Sales Action Plans with excellence
Plan logistics to support execution.Take proactive steps to ensure high-value customers (Gain, Build, Defend) are prioritized.
3.Customer Relationship Management
Track progress and take corrective actions to ensure priority customers are engaged.Utilize Veeva functions such as Event Management, Surveys, and Coaching for Effectiveness (CfE).
4.Superior Selling Capability-
Demonstrate strong knowledge in disease areas, clinical trials, products, marketing strategies, and competition.Apply advanced selling skills aligned with marketing strategies using the Customer Engagement Model (CEM).
