Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Medical Representative to join our sales team. As a Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics. You will be responsible for building relationships, increasing brand awareness, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields. A medical background is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present medical information clearly and persuasively.
  • Customer-Oriented: Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Sales Focused: Goal-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry: Familiarity with medical terminology and understanding of the healthcare sector.

    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Product Promotion and Sales:
  • Promote and sell company products (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, etc.) to healthcare professionals in your assigned region.
  • Deliver effective product presentations, conduct meetings, and engage in regular visits to doctors, medical practitioners, and healthcare facilities.
  • Ensure that all products are being prescribed according to the brand guidelines and in line with the company’s sales and marketing objectives.
  • Market Development:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure continued usage of the company’s products.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, both in existing accounts and new clients, and ensure that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Conduct regular follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues related to product performance.
  • Product Knowledge & Education:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical information, product features, and developments to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
  • Provide doctors and other healthcare providers with comprehensive knowledge and support on the company’s products, including their benefits, side effects, and proper usage.
  • Conduct product demonstrations or educational sessions when required.
  • Sales and Marketing Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and market data.
  • Report on sales progress, customer feedback, competitor activities, and market conditions to the Sales Manager or higher management.
  • Prepare and submit sales forecasts, daily or weekly reports, and other administrative tasks related to the sales process.
  • Compliance and Ethics:
  • Ensure that all promotional activities and sales methods comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards within the healthcare industry.
  • Ensure products are being marketed and sold responsibly, with full adherence to the company’s code of conduct.
  • Customer Support and Relationship Building:
  • Address customer concerns, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build long-term relationships with healthcare providers and ensure the company’s products are their preferred choice.
  • Act as a liaison between the healthcare provider and the company to resolve any issues or inquiries.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Gather and provide valuable insights into competitors’ activities, new products, and market trends.
  • Stay informed about developments in the healthcare sector to anticipate market needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
