Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinics, doctors, physicians, and healthcare professionals across Dubai.
2. Identify and target new clinics and healthcare accounts for business development.
3. Conduct regular clinic visits and face-to-face meetings with doctors and relevant decision-makers.
4. Introduce and promote the pharmacy’s compounding services and customized medication solutions.
5. Understand doctors’ requirements and communicate relevant compounding capabilities and solutions.
6. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clinic accounts.
7. Generate new business through proactive account acquisition and relationship management.
8. Follow up with existing accounts to strengthen engagement and increase business volume.
9. Monitor market activity, competitor offerings, and opportunities within the Dubai healthcare market.
10. Achieve assigned sales, account acquisition, and business development targets.
11. Maintain accurate records of clinic visits, leads, follow-ups, and account progress.
12. Coordinate with the pharmacy and internal teams to ensure smooth handling of client requirements.
13. Represent the pharmacy professionally while maintaining strong ethical and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Prior experience working with a compounding pharmacy is required.
2. Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
3. 4–5 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare business development, or medical representative roles.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with field-based business development.
6. UAE/GCC market experience preferred, with strong knowledge of the Dubai healthcare landscape.
