JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Medical Representative to lead our efforts in listing and promoting company products across major UAE government and private institutions. The role is crucial in driving registrations, insurance listings, team coaching, and strategic market expansion.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related medical field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE pharmaceutical/medical sector
  • Proven experience with institutional and government listings (MOH, SEHA, DHA, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Valid UAE driving license

Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the General Manager or assigned personnel as directed by senior management.
  • Responsible for product and brand listing across major UAE institutions: DHA, MOH, SEHA, GHQ, and other government/private entities as needed.
  • Work closely with regulatory affairs to ensure product registrations are valid and compliant with UAE regulations.
  • Contribute to the annual marketing plan, and oversee the organization of events, promotions, tools, and bonus schemes.
  • Evaluate the market, analyze product data, and lead/co-lead field visits, coaching, and training sessions with the medical and sales teams.
  • Provide technical knowledge and tools to the field force, including training materials, promotional content, and competitive insights.
  • Stay updated with healthcare sector changes in the UAE, especially those related to national health service developments, and adjust business strategy accordingly.
  • Drive the development and expansion of assigned brands across both private and institutional channels in the UAE.
  • Increase sales with existing clients and generate new business to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Assist in developing business process strategies and generating new market leads and product requirements.
  • Oversee administrative processes to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Manage resources effectively and control expenses in line with the approved budget.
  • Prepare sales analysis reports, forecast, and monitor inventory levels at local warehouses to ensure product availability.
  • Comply with all relevant internal policies, procedures, and UAE regulatory requirements.
