Job Title Medical Representative Intern – Oral Health Care (Emiratization) Job Description Medical Representative Intern – Oral Health Care (Emiratization) Location: United Arab Emirates Mandatory requirement: Emirati national only holding Family Book and registered/able to register in NAFIS NAFIS is a governmental federal program aimed at increasing the competitiveness of Emirati human resources and empowering them to occupy jobs in the United Arab Emirates’ private sector over the next five years. It is launched as part of the “Projects of the 50”, which aim to accelerate the development journey of the UAE. To comply with the UAE nationalization law, our company must hire 10% nationals from UAE by year 2026. As a Medical Representative Intern – Oral Health Care at Philips, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for promoting Philips Oral Healthcare solutions to dental professionals across the UAE. You will support the development of strong relationships with dentists and dental clinics, provide product education, and contribute to increasing awareness and adoption of Philips Oral Healthcare technologies. Your role • Identify and contact potential Dental Professionals (DPs) and maintain strong relationships with an established network of dentists and dental clinics • Visit dental clinics and professionals to present and promote Philips Oral Healthcare products and solutions • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to educate dental professionals on new technologies and oral healthcare solutions • Conduct product training sessions on Philips Oral Healthcare products (virtual and/or face-to-face) • Participate in dental conferences, exhibitions, and professional events • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and share insights with the Philips and partner teams • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in oral health and Philips Oral Healthcare product portfolio • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives targeting dental professionals • Coordinate activities with the Philips team and local distribution partners • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines applicable to the healthcare and medical device industry • Contribute to maintaining and improving the database of dental professionals in the assigned territory • Submit regular activity and performance reports You're the right fit if Emirati national only, holding Family Book and registered/able to register in NAFIS Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or related fields Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Good time management and organizational skills Interest in healthcare, medical technology, and oral health Valid UAE driving license and access to a car Willingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally across the Middle East How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
