Job Description What you will do Managing and developing relationships with retail and wholesale customers through regular, planned visits. Ensuring optimal product distribution, availability, and visibility across assigned outlets. Executing direct sales activities and achieving defined sales targets and distribution objectives. Maintaining ongoing customer communication, providing product and commercial information, and ensuring accurate documentation and customer file management. Monitoring customer payment terms and outstanding receivables, following up on due and overdue payments in line with company procedures. Coordinating and updating customer lists in collaboration with the Line Manager and recommending changes to commercial terms where appropriate. Preparing and submitting timely sales activity reports, analyses, and recommendations in accordance with reporting requirements. Actively participating in company training programs to continuously enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and compliance awareness Qualifications What you will bring to the role Min 3 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical sales or in a similar field Experience in an ophthalmic environment would be an advantage Bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare Trained pharmaceutical representative or natural scientist Fluent in Hungarian and English Competence to communicate with medical partners of varying levels of expertise English command at a level that allows intra-corporate communication (A2/B1) Valid driving license (cat.
