Do you love research? Are you looking for a position where you can also utilise your interpersonal skills? As a Medical Research Coordinator you will be responsible for the research, case management and submission of requests for one particular client. Working closely with the medical team in London & medical and operational counterparts in other countries, you will be sourcing information - working to tight deadlines. Your development of relationships both internally and externally will serve to improve response rates and case management efficiencies. In this role you will also have an opportunity to help develop and maintain a database of case research data.
As a Research Coordinator you will be responsible for researching the availability of health care outside Europe and submitting reports to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Case Management:
    Manage inbound and ongoing case requests, ensuring compliance with client Standard Operating Procedures.
    Research and gather necessary information to meet tight deadlines and compile final responses for medical sign-offs.

Upload submissions to the client portal efficiently.

  • Client Liaison:

Serve as a primary point of day to day operational contact for the client contract, attending meetings, monthly calls
Work closely with the program management team to ensure that case management aligns with client needs.

Be responsive and accessible to clients’ questions and requests for information.

  • Information Analysis:

Develop and maintain an information retention database, leveraging information multiple sources

Analyze data to provide regular reports, insights on operational activity drivers, and identify opportunities for process efficiencies.

  • Network Collaboration:

Work closely with medical, operational, and network teams through our global network to gather critical information within tight deadlines.
Build and maintain relationships internally and externally to support service delivery
