We are a growing multidisciplinary healthcare clinic offering physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, osteopathy, psychology, and dietitian services. We are looking for a Sales & Patient Services Representative to help patients access the full range of care we provide while driving business growth.

• Welcome patients, answer calls, schedule appointments
• Follow up with patients to keep them on track with care plans
• Promote and cross-refer patients to services such as physiotherapy, massage, acupuncture, osteopathy, psychology, and dietitian care
• Encourage Google reviews and support clinic reputation building
• Track and report referrals, upsells, and review metrics
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic environment
