Description Candidate Recruiter - Medical Device Sales We’re seeking a proven Medical Device Sales Recruiter to support our expanding healthcare and life sciences division. This role is not full-cycle — your focus will be sourcing high-performing medical device sales professionals, then handing them off to the Account Manager for interview, submission and client communication. What We’re Looking For You must have hands-on and recent (within the last 4 months) experience recruiting within the medical device or healthcare sales industry, ideally for roles such as Territory Managers, Sales Representatives, or Regional Directors. Compensation & Structure 1099 Independent Contractor (Commission Only). You control your methods, schedule, and approach—we focus solely on results. Recruiters are responsible for their own business expenses (recruiting tools, job boards, networking, etc.). Fees or commissions are paid upon successful placements.

Responsibilities
