SUMMARY

Koh Young America is seeking an experienced Medical Sales Director to lead the U.S. sales operations for its neurosurgery robot and a growing portfolio of advanced medical devices. This position plays a key role in expanding our market presence, building strategic neurosurgery networks, and developing comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth for the Medical Solutions Division.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• 10–15 years of medical device sales experience, with at least 7 years focused on neurosurgical devices or surgical robotics
• Proven track record in sales of cranial navigation systems, neurosurgical robots, or neurosurgical implants
• Established U.S. network within the neurosurgery field, including physicians, hospitals, and KOLs
• Demonstrated success in U.S. market development and achieving sales targets
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills
• Familiarity with FDA regulatory pathways and U.S. hospital purchasing systems
