JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Executives to join our team in various locations across Nigeria. As a Medical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products and equipment to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies within your designated territory.

REQUIREMENTS:

o Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Biology, Nursing, or any Social Science course.
o Proven track record of success in medical sales, with at least two to three years of experience in a similar role.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with healthcare professionals.
o Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close sales and overcome objections.
o Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally attend conferences or trade shows.

Responsibilities:

o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
o Identify and establish relationships with key healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
o Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features and benefits of our medical products and equipments.
o Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
o Provide ongoing support and training to healthcare professionals on the proper use and application of our products.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
o Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market developments to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using our CRM system.
