We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Medical Sales & Partnership Executive to drive business development for a clinic. The role involves building relationships with optometrists, general practitioners, and corporate clients to expand our eye care services, including promoting a clinic’s services and corporate health programs.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2–3 years in corporate sales, business development, or client relationship roles (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in presenting to professionals and corporate clients.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare/ophthalmology industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships simultaneously.
  • Results-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities
  1. Optometrist Partnerships:
    o Meet optometrists to present our proposals
    o Provide brochures and marketing materials.

    o Build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  3. Corporate Partnerships:

    o Maintain ongoing communication with HR and wellness managers to ensure program success.
  4. Reporting & Follow-up:
    o Maintain records of visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
