JOB OVERVIEW:

SalesEra is looking for an energetic and target-driven Physiotherapy Sales Representative to join our team. If you have hands-on experience in selling physiotherapy products, rehabilitation equipment, or medical devices, this role is for you. You will start with a commission-based model for the first 3 months, with the potential to move into a fixed salary + commission role based on performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Mandatory: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in physiotherapy sales / rehab equipment / physiotherapy-related medical devices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with commission-based work initially.
• Ability to work independently and manage client pipelines effectively.

• Drive sales of physiotherapy and rehabilitation products/services across clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships in the physiotherapy and medical field.
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
• Meet monthly sales targets and submit regular activity reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
