Position Overview Purple Cow Recruiting is seeking an entrepreneurial Medical Sales Recruiter to build and manage their own recruiting desk in a fully remote environment. This is a 1099 commission-only opportunity designed for experienced recruiters who are comfortable working independently, sourcing their own candidates, and driving placements. This role focuses specifically on recruiting medical sales professionals across areas such as medical device, capital equipment, diagnostics, and healthcare technology sales.
