Description

We are looking for a local sales manager to create new relationships with our customers (starting in Munich, Germany) and to maintain long-term trusting relationships with our partners. The expected role is to actively seek new sales opportunities, oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and partners.

What you will do….

  • Manage both the development of new sales opportunities in Germany market as well as existing lead/sales pipeline
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline and marketing strategies for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets defined in the German market
  • Maintain customer success and relationships during the contracts, managing key indicators and the customer experience
  • Manage direct sales process, including sales pitch content improvement, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers and partners
  • Manage relationship and motivation of our partners, aligning our short/medium/long term target with our partners
  • Manage sales process of our partners, including sales training, providing sales materials, leads qualification, and customer support if required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications and Experience….

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of sales experience including experience in directly exploring new sales opportunities
  • Passionate to learning and exploring new areas
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external communication
  • Able to build a strong network with KOLs and end users
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Familiarity with working in a ‘start-up’ environment

Additional Qualities….

  • Experience in selling radiology equipment or AI-based software/IT
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office (word, excel, and PPT)
  • Experience in managing and motivating distributors
  • Experience as the customer-facing leader responsible for a fast-growing SaaS business or related technology
  • Experience working autonomously from a home office
