Job summary The purpose of this recruitment is to strengthen our sales team and enhance our market reach in the healthcare sector. We are targeting candidates with a medical science-related academic background (e.g., Medical Science, Biomedical Engineering) and a minimum of 4 years of experience in hemodialysis product sales. The ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, technical expertise in dialysis treatments, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets Location: Lagos (Hybrid) Responsibilities: Develop potential customers and to enhance Sancare brand recognition in your area of work Be familiar with the customer information in your market and manage the customers at different levels; Report weekly to the sales manager. Take charge of the follow-up and cultivation of the existing customers, if any, and follow the order process Take charge of making trip schedules, implementing, and tracking results from work Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the client Provide product demonstrations and technical support when needed Promote and sell hemodialysis products to hospitals, clinics, and dialysis centers. Build relationships with nephrologists, nurses, and procurement teams. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support. Achieve sales targets and contribute to market expansion. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Bio-medical, medical Science, Biomedical engineering Minimum 4 years of sales experience in IVD product /Hemodialysis or related medical diagnostics Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets To be able to travel frequently Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with strong resistance to pressure. Benefits Salary: ₦350,000 net (negotiable with the client based on candidate quality) Other Benefits: Markup on sales (performance-based earning potential)
