Salary: ₦120,000 Monthly Basic + ₦30,000 Transport Allowance + Attractive Sales Commission
Experience Level: 2 – 4 Years (Must have relevant experience in a similar role)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling medical products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals within the Lekki–Ajah axis and beyond. You must be target-driven, knowledgeable in the healthcare ecosystem, and have a passion for sales and relationship building.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Nursing, Marketing, or related Social Science field.
  • 2–4 years of proven success in a similar medical sales role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Competency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel within Lagos and occasionally outside the state as required.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue by executing sales strategies and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of leads and follow through on all sales opportunities.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support and product knowledge to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness.
  • Stay updated on market conditions, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
  • Submit regular sales reports, update CRM tools, and provide insights to management.
