QUALIFICATIONS:

This role will require a highly motivated, well-rounded individual with strong language skills & excellent interpersonal aptitude with the following skills/attributes/characteristics:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of success preferably in the medical field
  • Responsible for in person and virtual (phone or zoom) consultations
  • Highly articulate, well-poised, and polished, congenial, with a strong problem-solving ability
  • Professional appearance always with a professional and polite demeanor
  • Self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets
  • Ability to effectively build rapport and trust with prospective clients
  • Demonstrate computer, CRM, and communication mastery
  • Understand and respond to the needs of the client
  • Have a positive outlook and a passion for what we do!
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE PROFESSIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

  • Responsible for consultations with prospective patients to educate them about our hair restoration services
  • Consultations are 45 -60 minutes each
  • Follow up with prospective patients after the consultation
  • Responsible for an average of 2 - 4 consultations per day
