Description Medical Sales Representative / Territory Manager – Vascular products Location: Des Moines, IA or Omaha, NE (must live within 25 miles) Territory: Iowa & Nebraska Compensation: $80,000 Base | $170,000–$180,000 Total Compensation at Plan Travel: ~30% Overview A leading medical device company specializing in vascular technologies is seeking a driven Sales Representative / Territory Manager to manage and grow a high-performing territory across Iowa and Nebraska. This role focuses on selling innovative vascular products to vascular surgeons and hospital systems while expanding existing business and introducing new technologies to the market. The company is experiencing strong growth after acquiring a major competitive product line and continuing to launch new technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated medical sales professional looking to build a long-term career with strong earning potential and consistent quota attainment across the team. Territory • Iowa and Nebraska • Candidate must currently reside within 25 miles of Des Moines, IA or Omaha, NE Compensation and Benefits • Base Salary: $80,000 • Total Compensation at Plan: $170,000–$180,000 • Average First-Year Earnings: $159,000 • Average Rep Compensation (2023): $178,000 • 90% of reps achieved quota in 2023 • Automatic increases in base salary and commission rate for reps who achieve quota • $600 monthly car allowance plus company gas card Key Responsibilities • Drive sales of vascular medical devices within hospitals and surgical environments • Develop strong relationships with vascular surgeons and hospital stakeholders • Maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities • Introduce newly acquired and innovative vascular technologies to the market • Provide product education, case support, and clinical expertise during procedures • Execute territory strategy to consistently meet and exceed quota Qualifications • 2–10 years of medical device sales experience preferred (up to 15 years considered) • Vascular sales experience required • Experience selling into hospitals and working with surgeons. MUST HAVE OR SALES EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s degree required • Demonstrated history of quota achievement Candidate Profile • High-energy, competitive, and motivated sales professional • Strong relationship builder with physicians and clinical teams • Long-term career mindset • Stable work history (job hoppers will not be considered) Products • Vascular medical devices • Both established product lines and newly launched technologies Call Points • Vascular surgeons • Hospital surgical teams
