Overview:
The Northwestern Specialists for Women, a practice partner of Together Women’s Health, is looking to add a full time Medical Scheduler to their team!
The Medical Scheduler embraces a strong commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience with every interaction. This role ensures each patients’ encounter is professional, warm, and caring while meeting a patient’s individual needs.
Must be available to work until close-6:00pm, if needed.
Responsibilities:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND OTHER ABILITIES:

• Excellent communication skills, and phone etiquette
• Professionalism
• Ability to maintain attention and accuracy while attending to multiple tasks simultaneously Typing skills
• Effective listening skills
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
