Responsibilities Build and manage trusted relationships with medical oncologists and other physicians, including key opinion leaders. Deliver credible, compliant scientific presentations across diverse settings: conferences, tumor boards, advisory boards, 1:1s, dinner programs, webinars. Join sales in the field to support scientific conversations about Ataraxis products, clarify complex clinical data, and handle objections. Facilitate research by planning and helping launch investigator-initiated studies and registry studies. Obsess over feedback and insights from physicians and deliver it to internal teams to shape clinical development and product positioning. Develop and maintain educational and promotional materials, including slide decks, data summaries, FAQs, objection-handling guides, patient-facing collateral. Document all interactions in CRM/insight systems. Qualifications 2+ years of MSL experience or advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, etc.) with experience in oncology research (e.g., previous postdoc role) that involved presenting results and interacting with HCPs. Ability to travel 70%+ of the time. Experience in oncology strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills: You need to have exceptional writing and spoken communication skills, both with regards to the content itself (explain complex topics in an easy-to-understand way) and style (be able to read the room and adapt). High proficiency in Google Slides/PowerPoint; able to craft compelling, clean, data-driven visuals. We are looking for someone who gets energized by fast decisions, working directly with leadership, articifial intelligence, and supporting our commercial growth through medical affairs. Nice to have: Experience contributing to clinical development, real-world evidence studies, or external research collaborations.
