Description

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Identify, develop, and manage relationships with external customers. Implement and disseminate high quality medical and scientific education in the field. Provide accurate medical/therapeutic area/product advice and information to internal and external customers for specified products/therapeutic areas (TA). Prepare regional specific tactics and medical programs in line with strategic medical plans and ensure implementation of it in the field. Provide medical support of pre-launch activities of new therapy area developments in partnership with the Oncology Business Unit’s HTA, market access, regulatory affairs, clinical operations and marketing teams.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • University degree (or equivalent experience) in medicine, pharmacology, natural, or health sciences
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific information clearly
  • Ability to work with high amount of data
  • Customer orientation (both externally and internally)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Project management skills
  • Result oriented and focused

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, preferably in a similar MSL role
  • Commercial awareness
  • Confidence and enthusiasm
